Como algunos ya sabréis, como consecuencia de la Ley 27/2009, de 30 de diciembre: la parte exenta de la indemnización por despido pasa de 20 a 45 días de salario por año de servicio, con un máximo de 42 mensualidades, por lo que el certificado de empresa que nos enviaron nuestros “queridos dirigentes” pasa a ser erróneo. El asunto es un poco complicado porque al ser un pago fraccionado solo cubriría la parte restante de días recibida a partir del 8 de Marzo de 2009 y cada delegación de hacienda lo lleva de una manera diferente.
Microser es ahora un domicilio fiscal situado en una oficina sin gente y en la que hace que no se persona nadie unas cuatro semanas; así que no creo que os sirva de ayuda.
Lo que tenéis que hacer para no tener complicaciones con hacienda es acudir a vuestra delegación de hacienda cuando os corresponda y explicar exactamente la situación aportando la toda la documentación anterior y los certificados de empresa que nos han sido entregados en 2009 por parte de Microser.
